Essay

The purpose of the research was to develop and substantiate the complex system of the early diagnosis and prognosis and prevention of afterbirth retention, subinvolution, metritis in cows on the basis of the study of restricted proteolysis, fibrinogen metabolism, endotoxicosis and placenta echostructure in the pathogenesis of the diseases and correction all of these systems by the using of antioxidant and sorption therapy. There was proved that the infringement of proteolysis-antioxidant balance, fibrinogen metabolism, placenta echostructure, the development of endotoxicosis in dry cows leads to the discomposure of steroidogenesis by fetoplacentar complex that promote the increasing of microbe contamination of genitalia before and after parturition and caused the rise of parturient and afterparturient diseases that accompanied by further disorganizing of these systems. Using the obtained results there were developed the new methods of early diagnosis of the obstetrical pathology in dry cows and prognosis of parturient and afterparturient diseases taking into account the content of fibrinogen metabolite in periferal blood and placenta echostructure. There were developed and proposed to the industry the using of polyvitamins together with second fracture of ASD and intrauterine insertion of Enterosgel in the complex with Epsilon-aminocaprone acid or Miramistine for treatment and prevention of afterbirth retention, subinvolution and metritis in cows.
