Verbets V. Theoretical and methodological principles of the formation of students' spiritual and creative potential

In the research it is worked out the essence of the spiritual and creative potential as the integral phenomenon of the social-cultural, moral-ethic, cultural-creative needs and the valuable orientations of youth. Having analysed the theoretical and methodological principles of the pedagogical, psychological and culturelogical theories on the basis of self-improvement and self-development of an individual it is given the heuristic model of the formation of the students' spiritual-cultural potential. Special attention is paid to the methodological elaboration of the measuring of the effectiveness of the students' potential formation model with the help of the diagnostic-corrective technology - the social-pedagogical monitoring. The innovation technology has been established in the context of the formation of the pedagogical system, specifically in the process of the general pedagogical preparation of the future specialists of the Humanities.
