Object: upbringing process of higher military educational establishment. Aim: to give theoretical ground and to test experimentally the system of moral upbringing of future officers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. Practical impor-tance: Difficulties and contradictions of cadets' moral upbringing arrangement have been defined; scientific and methodical providing of implement-ing the system of moral upbringing of future bor-der guard officers has been grounded; estimating methods of cadets' moral breeding have been worked out. Methods: theoretical, empiric, peda-gogical experiment, mathematical statistics.
