Essay

The theoretical generalization and the new decision of an actual problem - alcohol dependence comorbidity (ADC) with mental, neurological and somatic disorders are carried out in this dissertational work. The phenomenology, pathogenetic laws, and also dynamics under influence of the new complex therapeutic programs, developed and entered into practice, is determined on the basis of comprehensive investigation of its clinical, epidemiological, psychological, chronobiological, electrophysiological and biochemical aspects. On representative sample (7320 persons) different regional, age and professional groups of the population complex, long-term (more than 20 years) clinical and epidemiological, clinical and psychopathological, psychodiagnostic electrophysiological and biochemical researches are carried out. It is established, that the basic tendencies of alcoholic dependence development during last 20 years were its further proliferation in population of the country and its pathomorphosis which proved continuous increase of frequency of ADC. It is determined the phenomenology, pathogenetic laws, and also dynamics of ADC under influence of the new complex therapeutic programs developed and implemented practice. It is proved, that factors, which promote the development of ADC, are various for teenagers and adult: there is a set of hereditary factors and factors of the perinatal period in first case, and accumulation of results of consequences of the environmental pathogenic factors action - in the second one. It is established, that important parameters of ADC formation, by results of tool and laboratory diagnostics test consist: the high convulsive readiness, and endocrine, macro- and microelement disbalance too. The pathogenically proved complex programs of treatment for patients with ADC are developed. They are consist of two basic components: the adaptive and metabolic therapy based on using of the author's patented complex of medicines "Composite" and author's technology of stresspsychotherapy after that. Methods of forecasting of results of treatment are created. By catamnesis it is proved high antirelapse efficiency of the offered complex therapeutic programs in patients with different forms of ADC.
