The thesis is devoted to the decision of problem of efficiency of phenoterol, atrovent and theophylline in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases depending from the stage of pathological process, its pathogeny, dosage of broncholytical facilities and ways of its introduction, presence of concomitant cardiac pathology. For the set problem decision the influence of broncholytical facilities on an oxygen budget, central and pulmonary hemodynamic in 420 patients with COPD was determined. Patients resistant to broncholytic therapy were treated by the offered algorithm and a sufficient therapeutic effect was got.
