Essay

Thesis is about complex in - depth study of pharmacological activity of the superoxide dismutase drugs different origin. Experiments were carried out with stimulation of cardiovascular pathology, inflammatory processes, radiation sickness and others. Theoretical generalisation and new approaches to a problem of effectiveness increase of FRO - conditioned pathological states by applying superoxide dismutase drugs were drawn in the thesis. It was established that recombinant SOD (SODrec), erythrocytic SOD (SODer) and peroxynorm promote decreasing of FRO processes activity, cytolysis, improve organs and tissues functional activity. High SOD antiexudative activity is an argumentation that SOD shows anti - inflammatory action by decreasing of phospholipase activity and immune inflammation. SOD origin drugs have marked cardioprotective effects: they normalise characteristics of cardiac action, improve bioenergetic processes in myocardium, decrease cytolytic and free - radical processes activity, and also show angioprotective effect.
