Shaulska L. Labor Potential: Multilevel Strategy Of Preservation And Development.

The conceptual, scientific and practical basis of labor potential preservation in the up-to-day economic conditions of Ukraine, the mechanism of labor potential management and multilevel strategy of its preservation and development are investigated in the thesis. The methodology of labor potential investigation which is based on its resource definition, on the function identification and taking into consideration the principles of reproduction is proved. The factors of influence on the labor potential forming, realization and use are systematized and formalized in the thesis. The strategy programs of labor potential preservation on the national, regional and enterprise levels and the mechanism of their realization are proposed. The legal security of the labor potential reproduction processes are improved. The directions of the improving of the contractual regulation system of the social-labor relation are determined.
