Essay

The object is the mental model of education as a social institute. The aims are to develop of social and philosophical model of the personal-oriented education and to define the determinant of optimization of its development. The methods are social and philosophical reflexion and postmodernists scientific discourse, synergetic approach. The concept of personally-oriented formations as the means of reproduction of the development of the personality and culture in the modern conditions is made. It is determined that the education is a process of the development of the personality as a subject of activity and social relations in a stable system of the humane values. The integrative concept of the person which is designed represent an attempt of the generalization of all person's theories and concepts and creates a new approach in the traditional presentation of the person. The characteristic of the methodological bases of the personally-oriented education and the practical aspects of this phenomenon are lighted. The determinants of the optimization of the personally-oriented education's development are assigned. The spheres of use are an education and a training courses.
