Essay

The subject of inquiry is formation, regulation and development of labour motivation in industry; the aim is elaboration of theoretikal regulations, conceptions and recommendations on improvement of labour motivation; methods of analysis include system, economic, sociological, mathematical analysis; the novelty is that the structure and key factors of state and contractual adjustment of labour motivation wereelaborated and grounded for the fist time;it was elaborated the forecast mechanism of minimum wage, and determined the classifikation of factors, methods, kinds and types of labour motivation, specific character of labour motivation on the different levels of management; conditions of forming the mechanism of labour motivation at the industrial enterprises; the results are the followings:methodical recommendations, control mechanisms for labour motivation, systems of estimating its efficiency were elaborated.
