Shasha I. Scientific fundamentals of ensuring safety to car-driving in Ukraine

The subjekt of research: processes of technical state control of transportation facilities which are in operation by criteria of safety. The aim of research: safety provision of the Ukrainian vehicular transport by means of the elaboration and introduction of the interest-oriented system "man-vehicle-road" which is based on a complete consideration of road, technical and socioekonomic factors. Methods of research: application of basic conceptual foundation of the system theory, methodology of the of the system analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the system of developed methods application procedures of accident rate reduction and choosing rational decisions by improvement, of the present normative-legal and normative-technical base of the country is proposed. Mathematical models of compromise, oriented in conditions of receiving incomplete have been devised. Scientific innovation: scientific and methodical principles and estimation models of traffic accident reasons have been developed; for the first time new regularities of state inspection interval determination, depending, on operating conditions and individual peculiarities of a concrete vehicle have been establishsd. The extent of introduction: new working programs and subject-matter plans of transportation facilities has been devised and introduced. The fields of application: transportation facilities.
