Sadova U. Formation of social policy and mechanism of its realization in the region

Dissertation thesis is dedicated to solution of topical scientific-economic problem, which is the development of conceptual-methodological fundamentals for formation and realization of social policy in the context of change of ideological paradigm of the mechanism of its implementation. In this context essence and forms of organization of social policy in the region have been grounded, system fundamentals of organization of social and territorial administration have been generalized, influence of factors on social processes, which take place within territorial-social system have been determined, analysis of the forms and methods of diagnostics of the regional social processes as components of social sphere of territorial-social system has been conducted, main directions, tendencies and dynamics of institutialization of subjects of the regional social policy have been researched. A new direction of research of the regional social policy has been developed in the thesis, namely tempological-chorological(temporal and spatial) paradigm of its analysis. Project of the regional social policy concept has been given. Methodology of diagnostics and prediction of the processes of social development of territorial-social system has been improved, methods of calculation of the level of efficiency improvement of the regional social policy index has been suggested, the priority directions of social policy in certain regions of Ukraine have been formed according to the results of regressive analysis.
