Production-economic processes of ore deposits complex mastering and development strategy of mining enterprises in vagueness and instability conditions of mineral products market. Development of theoretic-methodological regulations of economic-mathematical modelling of mining enterprises development, instruments of analysis, modelling and management of diversified development and conversion of mining enterprise strategy, taking into account a vagueness, conflict of production-economic processes motion and instability of mineral products market. Methods: economic-mathematical modelling, methods and models of probability theory and mathematical statistics, systems approach and complex logical analysis of the systems description. It was disclosed a row of unsolved problems concerning sustainable development, formed basic tasks, directed on rational using of its potential in conditions of vagueness and conflict of market environment. It was developed a conceptual positions, methodology, system of economic-mathematical models concerning system research of the diversified development strategy of source of raw materials and conversion of GZK by bringing into the food production of non-metallic produced goods.
