Yankovska L. Forming of educational-professional potential in the system of socio-economic development of region

Object: management of human capitals in the system of socio-economic development of region. Aim: development of new direction of research of educational-professional potential of region. Methods: system-structural, semantic, factor, statistical analysis, economic-mathematical design, expert estimations. Results: interpretation of educational-professional potential is first offered as the integrated dynamic aggregate of possibilities, knowledges, abilities and practical skills, going is improved near the estimation of influencing of capital structure on efficiency of its use. Use: in activity of Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, Committee on questions of science and education of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Main administration of education and science of Lviv RSA.
