In dissertation the attempt of decision of actual pedagogical problem is presented - teaching of the gifted students in pedagogical universities. By an author basic methodological approaches are definite to the study of nature of gift; essence is analysed to the phenomenon of gift at a different level of methodology; basic theoretical approaches are selected in relation to determination of nature of gift; on the basis of realizable content-analysis the notion "gift" is definite.
