Essay

Object: higher pedagogical education in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus’. Goal: on the bases of comparative analysis to find out common and different features in acmeological approach in theory and practice of higher pedagogical education in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus’; to indicate perspectives of introducing аcmeological ideas in Ukrainian teacher preparation; methods: comparative historical analysis; retrospective analysis; literature review; modeling; novelty: for the first time on the basis of comparative analysis a concept of implementing acmeological approach in higher pedagogical education was designed; based on it a conceptual model for productive pedagogical activity was created; results: the course “Basics of acmeology in higher pedagogical education” was designed as well as method guides, methods of diagnostics for quality insurance system in higher pedagogical education is suggested; field: general pedagogics and history of pedagogics.
