The theoretical and applied bases of professionally psychological training (PPT) for personnel of Organs of Internal Affairs of Ukraine as one of the most effective means of professional formation have been worked out in the dissertation. The model of PPT as genetically modifying technology in which effectiveness of knowledge and skills, transformation of qualities into personal characteristics are provided by means of reflection of professional activities, has been worked out; its definition has been introduced. The theory of PPT is based on personality-process-subject approach. The leading principle of PPT is defined as the process mediation of professional formation of personality as a competent subject of professional activities. The definition of psychotechnical exercise as a training analyses unit has been implemented; the criteria for exercise selection relevant to the tasks of the training as well as their validity estimation, reliability and complication have been defined in the work. The conditions of effectiveness of PPT which promote to formation of close development group zone, activate interiorization-exteriorization and schematization-detailization, processes, drilling and reflection, conscience and indivialization of activities have been specified. The methods of PPT projecting and conducting are elaborated. The analytic psychogram, the trainers’ studies program are elaborated. The proposions for further implementation of PPT into practice have been revealed.
