Essay

The process of functioning and development of science intensive industrial systems. Development of methodological bases concerning the increase of effectiveness of functional processes and development of science intensive industrial systems, development of integrated complex of interrelated models and methods, their practical application for developing science intensive industrial systems. Methods: economic-mathematical modeling, abstract-logical, statistic-economic, monographic, calculation-constructional methods. The methodological, theoretical, and applied bases of modeling function and development of industrial and science intensive systems regarding implementation of innovation model of economic development were studied. Comprehensive concept of modeling functional processes and development of science intensive systems is developed. Economical-mathematical modeling of industrial potential of science intensive systems is conducted. The structure of science intensive industrial system is defined ina form of separate modules (scientific, industrial, resource, repair, service, marketing, and others), and it is capable to master and realize innovational, technical, and technological knowledge of science intensive technologies of new generation in the process of creating science intensive products. Data model symbiosis of functioning and development of science intensive industrial systems is suggested on the basis of using generalized industrial functions and models of optimal management of industrial potential of science intensive industrial systems. Model research of the process of increasing effectiveness of the factories in science intensive fields is conducted. The solution is offered to problem questions of the realization of management structure of science intensive industrial system which provides for including additional subsystems of management decision making, systems of monitoring, reengineering, ensuring stability and improvement of risk management system.
