Antonyuk V. Estimation and securing development of human capital in Ukraine

Object of the study is formation and utilization of human stock in social and economic sphere of Ukraine. Objective of the study is development of theoretical, scientific and methodic evaluation principles and human stock development provision in Ukraine as well as social policy fundamentals’ substantiation as for its accumulation and effective use. Methods of research are dialectic, complex, historical and logic approaches, economical and statistic, economical and mathematic, system analysis, sociologic and expertise survey. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and methodological as well as scientific and methodological foundations for estimation and development provision of human stock, and proposals related to the governmental policy improvement in human stock formation. Novelty is the concept of governmental policy for human stock formation and use in the context of innovation development of Ukraine. Degree of the introduction by: Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of Ukraine, VerkhovnaRada of Ukraine, President’s Secretariat, Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Donetsk Regional and Municipal Authorities.
