Malyarets L. Methodology of Forming the Model Basis of Socioeconomic Systems Description

The object of the research is the processes of forming the space of signs of socioeconomic systems of different management levels under the circumstances of changeable outer environment; the aim of the work is grounding theoretic-and-methodological basis and development of economic-and-mathematical models of basis of describing socioeconomic systems in signs space under the changeable circumstances stipulated by transformational processes of Ukrainian economy; the research methods and equipment: methods of theoretical generalization, system analysis, abstract-and-logic method, system approach, methods of analysis and synthesis, system-and-structural analysis, methods of multidimensional statistic analysis, measurement theory, methods of economic analysis, statistic analysis, principles and rules of enterprise economy theory, methods of formalization; theoretical results: conceptual approach towards data analysis based on the joint determination of values of different socioeconomic systems signs; general technology of determining signs values; principles of methodology of forming description models basis; basic mathematical models of complex signs; models of measures in economics; the degree of different signs interconnection; modification of factor analysis; modification of multidimensional scaling; individual solving the problem of mixture separation; improved classification of errors in defining the signs of socioeconomic systems; practical results: research-and-practical recommendations concerning determining the values in economics in the process of data analysis; analytical support for determining complex signs of enterprises development; methodical support for analysis of data concerning the state of enterprises as socioeconomic systems; research-and-methodical recommendations for determining the level of economic entities development; complex of economic-and-mathematical methods and models to determine and analyse the social characteristics of management objects in economics; technology of analysis of data concerning the state of socioeconomic systems of different management levels; models of socioeconomic systems used in complex methods and recommendations concerning the management of functioning and development of different management levels objects; practical value: theoretical and methodological principles are synthesized into the complex of methodic support realized while solving real economic problems of macro-, meso- and microlevels systems management; subject and degree of implementation: the elaborated works are implemented into the practice of management activity of the Head Research-and-expert Department of Apparatus of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Head Department of Economics of Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Research Centre of Development Industrial Problems of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, open-end company 'Turboatom', close joint-stock company 'Plant "Pivdenkabel"', state enterprise 'Kharkiv Radio Plant "Proton"', state enterprise 'Kharkiv Plant of Transport Equipment', open-end company "S. Ordzhonikidze Kharkiv Tractor Plant", into the process of study.
