Essay

Object of research: processes of design and system of information's technologies of ecological and economic man-agement by an enterprise in the conditions of unstable envi-ronment. Purpose of research: development of theoretical and methodological bases of economical and mathematical design and construction of the systems of information's tech-nologies of ecological and economic management by the productions systems in the conditions of unstable and indefi-nite economic environment of Ukraine. Methods of re-search: systems analysis, economical and mathematical design, economic dynamics, imitation design, system dynam-ics, modern theory of management, theory of casual proc-esses and mathematical statistics theory of the active systems. Results: conception and principles of ecological and eco-nomic design and management is developed in the integrated automated intellectual systems; models and decision-making mechanisms are developed in the system of the ecological monitoring in the conditions of vagueness; conception of construction of the in-plant system of the ecological and eco-nomic monitoring and management by an enterprise is devel-oped; the complex of ecological and economic case frames is developed in the conditions of vagueness; the complex eco-logical and economic criteria of global and local management are developed; ecological and economic and transporting-productions models and mechanisms of functioning of SS are developed; the integrated automated ecological and economic control system by SS is developed; the consulting model of production process control is developed with an unclear knowledge's base. Novelty: first: conceptions and principles of ecological and economic design and management are developed in the integrated automated intellectual control systems by production-transporting complexes; conception is developed creations and structure of the in-plant system of the ecological and economic monitoring and management by an enterprise; developed and explored complex ecological and economic criteria of global and local management and decision-making for SS; ecological and economic and trans-porting-productions models and mechanisms of functioning of SS are developed; the integrated automated ecological and economic control system by SS is developed; methods and algorithms of evaluation, design and prognostication of the state of atmospheric air are developed in the area of SS in the conditions of stochastic vagueness; the complex of ecologi-cal and economic case frames is developed in the conditions of vagueness; further development was got: generalized eco-logical and economic case frame by production-transporting complexes; method of design of dynamics of technological productions processes; ecological and economic case frames most ecologically process of drying of products of enriching dangerous; consulting model of management with an unclear knowledge's base. Field of the use: level of enterprises.
