Siroich Z. Demographic and socio-economic problems of development of city agglomerations.

Modern economic tendencies and socially-demographic features of development of post socialistic cities are certain. The scientific ground of principles of their functioning and management methods is given, directed on creation of single social space - territory on which an economic and socially-demographic policy will be realized effectively. A categorical vehicle which fixes and allows finding out the new problems of development of large cities in the context of his multivector is developed. From positions of interdisciplinary approach grounded and entered in a scientific turn new definition of city, which interprets him as polistructural, territorial isolated settler unit having legislative status and requiring the adequate methods of management. The concept vehicle of transformations processes providing methodological unity of their research is specified, the criteria of classification of cities are offered, unfolded and complemented category of "development" yak of general methodological term, thenecessity of delimitation of concepts is grounded "large city" and mother "country". The problem of intercommunication of functional evolution of large post socialistic city by the з upgrading life is developed. Its decision is related to achievement of advantages at the global market and in field of the similar spatial systems. The mechanism of development of social infrastructure is improved in post socialistic mother countries. Terms of the use of the diversified sources of its financing are developed. Position is argued that regional economic integration is instrumental in a social and demographic situation in a mother country. Conception of integral model of development of quality of life is offered in towns on the basis of partnership, development according to a plan, network management, etc.
