Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the questions of estimation of interaction of the protelytic system of host cell with the influenza virus multiplying inside of it. A new direction in virology is developed in the work. This direction is based on complex estimation of the use of cellular enzymes and their inhibitors: specific antiproteinase immune sera, and inhibitors of trypsin-like proteinases, which are able to block the development of influenza infection in intercellular space or inside of the cell while viral morphogenesis. There has been shown: blocking properties of trypsin-like proteinases inhibitor isolated from the lungs of healthy mice and neutralizing features of rat antiproteinase immune sera that was produced against the third isoenzyme of trypsin-like protease got from the lungs of healthy mice. There has been: method of obtaining of trypsin-like proteinases inhibitor and using it as a preparation for influenza treatment; method of treatment of the influenza in experiment; method of determination of the organism's defenses in the experiment. The basic results of the thesis found application at the creation of antiviral preparation.
