Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of diuretic properties of new anilides quinolinic-carboxylic acids and studying of mechanisms of diuretic functioning of compound 4-methoxybenzamide-1-hydrox-3-ox-5.6-dihydro-3H-pyrol-[3,2,1-ij]. There was ascertained the dependence "structure-diuretic effect-activity" in the range of anilides of quinolinic-carboxylic acids, which depends on quantity n and nature of radical R. Hypotensive action of carboren is connected with increase of sodium ions emission. There were studied the mechanisms of carboren influence on acid-base balance on the background of metabolic acidosis of spontaneously hypertensive rats and rats on the background of salmiac introduction. It is established that car-boren in dose 10.7 mg/kg promotes more effective restoration of acid-base balance, inhibits metabolic acidosis and prevents progress of decompensation. The researches show that introduction of carboren results in reduction of ac-tivity of SDG and Na+,K+-ATFase in proximal (less evident) and distal canal of nephron, which followed by reabsorption decrease of sodium and water ions.
