Essay

The study of pharmacotherapeutical efficiency and pharmacodynamiks of Liposomal Quercetin (Lipoflavon) and Lipin is conducted subject to the condition irradiation, experimental gastric ulcers, toxic hepatitis, thermal burns. It is established that set on the basis of action of Liposomal Quercetin (LQ) and Lipin will be realized by oppressing activity of free radical oxidization, effective adjusting of prooxidant-antioxidant equilibrium. As a result of this LQ and Lipin normalize the state of the antioxidant defence system of organism, prevent appearance and development of destructive and nekrotic processes in the damaged tissues, show membrane protective effects, proceed in metabolic processes due to the selected for researches pathological models. The study of pharmacodinamics found out the wide spectrum of pharmacological activity of LQ and Lipin, namely: radio- and liver protective action, preventive and healing efficiency of LQ at a gastric ulcer, and reparational activity in burn damage of skin.
