Essay

The concept, theoretical and methodological, as well as scientific aspects, economic and mathematical models and methods of effective management of socio-economic development for industrial region under the conditions of informational indeterminacy and taking into account energy-saving technologies are elaborated in the dissertation. The concept of researching of social and economic development for industrial region is suggested on the basis of input-output theory in combination with a complex of developed economic and mathematical methods. Methodological basis of integrated analysis and forecasting of social and economic development of industrial region using original fuzzy logic of input-output model is elaborated within the concept network. This methodological basis provides ways to discover the main macroeconomic proportions and structural disparities of region's economy under conditions of informational imperfection and indeterminacy of input data. Possible ways of structural changes using multitude of reference technologies are defined on the basis of the method of elimination of structural disparities in industrial region's economy. The main direction of structural changes is application of the achievements of energy-saving technologies in industries. Methodological foundations of optimization of industrial region's social and economic development under conditions of informational imperfection are elaborated using dynamic fuzzy logic of input-output model. The choice of the best development direction is defined using socially-oriented optimality criterion by estimation of the influence of structural changes due to investments into energy-saving technologies onto the effectiveness of regional production. The obtained results are used for determination of the ways of improvement for the management of industrial region's socio-economic development.
