Lysenko I. Substantiation of medical-biologic criteria of definition of risk of occurrence and progressing osteoarthritis for the purpose of development of effective pharmacotherapy (clinical-experimental research).

In the thesis experimental and clinical new methodical approaches to definition of biological markers of metabolism of cartilaginous, bone tissue for the purpose of diagnostics of osteoarthritis at early developmental stages of the disease and duly application of effective pharmacotherapeutic technologies which solve a problem of maximal reduction of risk of occurrence of adverse reactions without loss of pharmacological activity by use of medical products complexes are clinically and experimentally proved. Experimentally (in vivo, in vitro) and clinically grounded new pharmacotherapeutic technology allows to reduce by a half nimesulid daily dose with retention of pharmacological efficiency of the complex of nimesulid with SYSADOA as a whole, that in turn reduces the risks of appearance of adverse reactions. High clinical efficiency and sufficient safety of administration of the drug complex - nimesulid , glucosamine hydrochloride + chondroitin sulphate allows to consider the latter as an optional in the therapy of osteoarthritis
