Zaychenko G. Pharmacological substantiation of creation of new corrector of reproductive functions on the basis of glucosamine hydrochloride

In dissertation experimentally substantiated a possibility of creation of principaly new class of medications on the basis of glucosamine hydrochloride гідрохлориду (GG). It is proved that at prolong administration the GG does not find out negative influence on the reproductive system of females and males of rats and their offsprings. On the different pathology models of gestation period it is established presence in GG of gravidoprotective action and ability to normalize the processes of phetogenesis, including maturation of lungs in the fetus. It is set that the mechanism of gravidoprotective action of GG has endothelium-dependend origin, and also related to its ability to modulate the synthesis of sexual hormones, restore activity of the endogenous system of antioxidant protection in the system mother-placenta-fetus, to normalize reological properties of the blood due to the direct antaggregative action. In the rat males GG causes gonadoprotective and prostate-protective actions, it stimulates a coupling behaviour. The obtained results substantiated expedience of practical application of GG as safe and effective the corrector of reproductive functions.
