The thesis theoretically grounds the conceptual model upbringing the culture of personal self-actualization in the early youthful age, socio-psychological mechanism and component composition and self-identity of personality are developed, and is presented by the author as a vector of self-developed; the characteristic of structural elements of the investigated phenomena as activity is presented: needs, motivational-semantic formation, orientation, position of assertiveness. The method of diagnosis is developed. The technology of organization and management by the process of personal self-education culture at an early age youth in the social values activity is theoretically and experimentally tested. Substantive aspect of the medium acted as scientific and methodological support in the form of an experimental program "From self-actualization to self-realization", optional course "A man in society", "Workshop of self-actualization".
