Slabyi M. Analysis of condition and ways of optimization in the system of pharmaceutical staff in Ukraine

Ways of priority development in the system of pharmaceutical staff in Ukraine have been substantiated in accordance with programme-oriented method. Methods have been elaborated and comparative analysis of pharmaceutical staff condition under the supervision of Ministry of Health Care in Ukraine and certain administrative regions (indicators of sufficiency per 10 000 population, dynamics, age, and mobility) with recommendations concerning optimization of the analysis has been carried out. Conception, structure, software, dataware and a number of analytical and social computer databases, including determination of need in the information, have been elaborated. Indices of dynamics, ways of students' admission and graduation optimization by the specialties "Pharmacy" and "Clinical Pharmacy" in higher educational establishments have been studied. Concept of continuous professional education of pharmacists in pharmaceutical economics, integrated with postgraduate training, has been substantiated and modelled. The methods have been elaborated and need in clinical pharmacists for the in-patient and out-patient departments has been determined.
