Essay

As a result of screening assays of antimicrobial activity among new derivatives of aminoadamantane it was determined the most active substance 4- (adamantyl-1)-1-(1-aminbutil) benzole (AM-166) with a wide range of antimicrobial activity. AM-166 disrupts the structural organization of the external membrane of the microbial cell, achieves membranotropic action. According by obtained in vitro and in vivo data, 0.1% soft medicinal form (cream Adamicryn) is developed on the basis of substance 4-adamantyl-1)-1-(1-aminobutil) benzole. The cream Adamicryn reveals its effectiveness on the model of the local infectious process, caused both by monogerms and mixed infection. Due to antimicrobial properties and dehydrating action one can use the Adamicryn cream from the beginning of the 1 phase of wound process.
