Korets'ka S. Mechanisms of Social Policy of Ukraine in the Market Economic System

The object of study: the process of formation and implementation of social policy of Ukraine in the market economic system. The of thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of social policy development in social economy and on that basis - the integrity of the scientific concept of social policy of Ukraine in the market economic system. Metody research: the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, the method of the unity of the historical and logical, structural-functional method, a comparative and economic-mathematical methods, methods of statistical analysis, systematization. Theoretical results: is systematic improvement of the theoretical and methodological foundations of social policy development in social orientation of the economy and solutions to the problem of the formation mechanisms of social policy of Ukraine in the market economic system. Practical result: consist in the fact that the scientific and methodological principles, conclusions and practical recommendations of the thesis constitute the scientific basis for formulation and implementation of social policy. Scientific novelty: the first time: the concept of social policy of Ukraine in the market economic system, proposed a comprehensive approach to ensure an active social policy in conditions of market relations; improved: the scientific and methodological basis of studies of social policy, theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of social-economic systems, organizational and economic foundations of social policy implementation at the corporate level; have been developed: the theory of socialization of the economy due to the proposed hypothesis about convergence and internal diversification of social models and public social programs in various countries, organizational and economic framework for the implementation of social policy paradigm of the social economy. Level of improvement: results of a study implemented in practice: at the national level: The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Social Policy and Labor; Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine; at the regional level: the Kiev Regional Council, the Donetsk Regional Council, local: Institute for Training Public Employment Service of Ukraine, in the learning process of the Donetsk State University of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
