The study researches correlation of categories “intellect” and “mind” in philosophical-pedagogical context and converts them into a necessary research instrument in the field of social-philosophical cognition. Philosophical-pedagogical research plan is concentrated around the problems of essence of pedagogical thought. Conception of correlation of intellect and mind, developed in the dissertation, exposes the bases of sharpening of contradictions in the area of education and offers the ways of their decision.
