Essay

The dissertation offers a study of biochemical mechanisms of thrombophilia formation in hyperhomocysteinemia and hypercysteinemia and suggests approaches, as to their correction and diagnostics. It has been shown that disturbances of methylation, transsulfuration, hydrogen sulfide synthesis, thiol-disulfide and nucleotide turnover, and oxidative stress comprise metabolic pattern of thrombophilia in hyperhomocysteinemia and hypercysteinemia.
