Essay

The dissertation is based on an analysis of philosophical, psychological and educational literature, the research of the educational work's current state in higher education theoretical methodical principles of future teacher of moral-ethical culture's education are disclosed. The current conceptual approaches to solving problems of education of moral and ethical culture of future teachers are analyzed. The conceptual aspects of the theory of organization and implementation of moral and ethical culture's education of future teachers are developed, the concept, the technology model of moral and ethical culture's education of future teachers, methodical support for educational work and guidelines are presented. Taking into account the identified experimental data, the future directions for improving the educational work of future teachers are set for their inculcation to the theory and practice of education in higher educational institutions of Ukraine.
