Yelisyeyeva O. Modeling of social-economic systems' management

The object of research - socio-economic systems (SES). Research objective - development of theoretical and methodological principles of SES management based on economic-mathematical modeling, a set of diagnostics models and managerial decision-making system using systemic-cognitive approach, which together guarantee sustainable development of socio-economic systems. Methods - cognitive theory, graph and stability theory, simplicial analysis, statistical analysis, scenario and cognitive modeling, system analysis. Key findings of the research- a scientific problem of management of socio-economic systems was generalised and solved through the development of a conceptual approach to management using situation models based on cognitive analysis as a new direction in mathematical modeling. A two-stage system of management of socio-economic systems at the micro level was developed, it creates favorable conditions for safe handling of effective crisis management solutions to prevent destabilizing effects. The mechanism of managerial decision-making based on a set of interrelated impulse models of management and situation analysis method was developed, it allows to identify, analyze and prevent risk situations for SES development in presence of destabilizing factors. Scope - the practical activities of departments of socio-economic development planning and forecasting of the ministries and agencies at the regional and national level, research institutes and other enterprises to determine the competitiveness and development strategy of economic entities.
