Essay

The thesis was designed to justify experimentally the phosphatidylcholine liposomes (PCL) application for correction of the pathological processes in critical states accompanied with hypoxia, cardiovascular disorders, endotoxemia and manifested in arterial hypotension. Only liposomes from egg phosphatidylcholine were proved to have a combined antihypoxic and antioxidant effects. In acute massive hemorrhage, PCL normalized the blood circulation and prevented the circulation centralization. PCL permitted to avoid the cardiac dysfunction and hypotension in septic shock. In myocardial ischemia and reperfusion, PCL had a cardioprotective and antiarrhythmic effect. PCL normalized an energy metabolism in the cardiomyocytes and an electrical stability in the myocardium. In the endogenous intoxication syndrome, PCL provided a detoxication.
