Creation of new oppressing of oxidation stress and regenerating membranes structure and damaged hepatocytes functions hepatoprotector lipofen has been substantiated theoretically and experimentally. Lipofen is the complex drug on the basis of essential phospholipids, polyphenols and vitamins. The composition of lipofen has been worked out. Pharmacokinetics, mechanism of action and hepatoprotective effects of lipofen in comparison with phospholipids - polyunsaturated phosphatidylcholine from soya and essentiale and new polyphenolic - altan and piflamin and traditional plant hepatoprotectors silibor and flacumin have been investigated.
