The thesis is dedicated to the problem of organizational form improvement of the technological processes of the details repair and freight rolling stock constructions at railway and development the theory technology of increasing the products qualitative features for the purpose of their long recourse care by explanations of the surface forming mechanism by designed multifunctional method of the processing multifunction instruments and block-module structure device. The formed criteria of the choice functional generalization and structured details likeness of the freight cars are motivated and their complex classification taking into account the damage degree is formed. Half-empirical models of the installation diapasons forming products surface by working bodies are designed and complex calculation schemes destructions and deformation by them surface layers of the generalized structures are offered. The syntheses methods of the surface postponing structures and determinations rational technological modes of processing and parameter retuning modules multifunction instruments are worked out.
