Shchokina K. Organotropic effects of recombinant receptor antagonist of interleukin-1 (experimental researh)

The results of the work are the experimental justification of the reasonable expansion of the pharmacodynamics and indications for ARIL-1 use, especially in multi-organ pathology. There was determinated the presence of the expressed cerebroprotective activity in ARIL-1, accompanied by psycho- and neurotropic effects, that allows to consider the use of the drug in the treatment of cerebral disorders of various origins appropriated. Also ARIL-1 is characterized by the expressed nootropic activity, which consists of the antiamnestic, cytoprotective effects and the increase of the brain ability to neurotoxic factors of various origins, by the intensity of which it dominates the reference nootropic drug piracetamThe anxioselective, anxiolytic and antidepressant effects are the valuable components of psychotropic activity of ARIL-1. It's proved that ARIL-1 has the expressed frigoprotective, anti-inflammatory, immunotropic and moderate chondroprotective influences. It's determined that ARIL-1 has the expressed cardioprotective, hepatoprotective and moderate nephroprotective activity, indicating the effectiveness of the drug's use in the treatment of organ disorders.
