Essay

Thesis devotes to the investigation of molecular mechanisms of cytokine regulation of afterischemic damage of brain tissue and neuroprotective effects of cytokine drugs - namely, the receptor antagonist of interleukin-1 (RAIL-1) and interleukin-2 (IL-2). Using a single integrated approach to models of ischemic (focal and global) and hemorrhagic damage of brain tissue was discovered cytokines molecular mechanisms underlying the neuroprotective effect of cytokine cerebroprotection in rats. Approved that administration of RAIL-1 and IL-2 promotes the preservation of functional activity of mitochondria, normalizes energetic-carbohydrate metabolism, stabilizes postischemic free-radical damage modifies the ratio of factors regulating neuroapoptosis generally prevents the development of neurodegenerative processes, such as neurological deficit.
