Essay

In dissertation research results of some aspects of dopaminergic (usage of dopamin agonist and antsgonist) and nociceptive (usage of analgesics) systems interaction while experimental equivalent of Parkinson's disease in the case of different antiparkinsonic therapeutic approaches. It was proved by pharmacological analysis that dopaminergic deficiency alters state of nociceptive system that causes decrease of pain sensitivity threshold. It was shown originally that in the case of simultaneous introduction of NSAID (Meloxicam, Celecoxib, Parecoxib) with antiparkinsonic medications Levodopa/carbedopa and Amantadine the potentiating of antiparkinsonic activity of Levodopa/carbidopa and amantadine was observed concerning the restoring of movement deficiency and enforcement of analgesic activity of NSAID. The obtained data are theoretical and experimental background of appropriate usage of new pharmaceutical combination Levodopa/carbidopa with Celecoxib. The absence of chemical and pharmaceutical interactions between different components of combination was shown.
