Semeniv D. The substantiation of creation and use of anti-ulcer and reparative medicines from Aronia melanocarpa

The subject of this study is theoretical and experimental substantiation of creation and pharmacological investigation of medicines that are effective in ulcerous damages of different location and are obtained from Aronia Melanocarpa. It was proved that Aronia oil should be recommended as medicine causing reparative, anti-ulcer, membrane-protecting, anti-inflammatory effects. But Aronia juice is better to use (comparing to Aronia oil) as hepatoprotector, detoxicant, radioprotector, antioxidant, hypolipidemic agent. As a result of experiments new medicines containing Aronia melanocarpa fruit oil were made and proposed for medical practice. These new medicines (rectal suppositories and ointment containing Aronia melanocarpa oil) should be used as pathogenetic agents for treatment inflammatory and ulcerous processes of different location, particulary of skin and rectum. Also it was proved that further creation and study of new medicines containing hydrophilic fraction of Aronia melanocarpa fruit is perspective.
