The dissertation is devoted to the experimental and quantum-chemical ground of new combined anti-inflammatory drug «Migrepine» creation.Studies include quantum-pharmacological and experimental substantiation of rational combination of components in the proposed composition with regard to their pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic properties on the various models of inflammation, pain, fever, convulsions. Screening studies of anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic, antioxidant, antimigraine, antiallergic, and antiplatelet action of various doses of "Migrepine", comparative analysis of the newly proposed combination with individual components of "Migrepine", as well as with modern reference-drugs were carried out. The acute and chronic toxicities of new combined drug are studied.
