Object of research: processes of forming and realization of innovative market strategies of corporate management. Purpose of research: development of theoretical and methodological principles of design of dynamics of innovative market strategies of the microeconomic systems and modern mechanisms of their resource providing. Methods of research: theory of economic dynamics, system-dynamic analysis, theory of stability and bifurcations, theory of catastrophes, theory of fuzzy sets and unclear relations. Results: conception of corporate management near forming of his strategy and tactics; structure of methodology and conception of design of microeconomic dynamics of innovative development; a general model of microeconomic dynamics and system of models of dynamics of the market state of the microeconomic systems are in phase space of innovative strategies; going near an exposure and research of dynamic effects, arising up at a leadingout to the market of commodity news; going near opening of economic reasons of origin of dynamic vagueness and appearance of bifurcational effects at application of innovative market strategies; models of concordance of passport and real descriptions of resources with nominal and real technological requirements. Novelty: first: the structure of methodology of design of dynamics of innovative market strategies of corporate management is worked out; design conception is worked out and the complex of models of dynamics of the market state of the microeconomic system is built in phase space of strategies; the models of innovative development, which are based on application of methods of theory of catastrophes, are worked out; the models of unclear operators of demand are worked out on the fuzzy sets of suggestion.
