Essay

A complex inspection is conducted 290 patients with psychical and behavior disorders as a result of the use of alcohol. all men aged 23 to 59 years compared with those of control groups: the first control group included 30 healthy men, the second - 30 people with risk factors for diabetes, representative by age. Established connection between the main clinical manifestations of alcohol dependence and impaired hormonal regulation of carbohydrate metabolism. Also, was carried a pathogenic interpretation of the observed changes in correlation with the severity of neurocognitive deficits and constitutional typological features. Multivariate analysis of the data gives reason to believe that the development of alcohol dependence due to the following factors: the neurocognitive deficits (causes 25% of the total variance of the data), characteristics of the type of carbohydrate metabolism (17%), level of psychosocial maladjustment (11%), constitutional and typological features (7% ), clinical manifestations (6%) and family history (5%). The severity of neurocognitive deficits, the severity of clinical presentation and disease progression due to the degree of functional interest in the pathological process of hemispheric and deep brain structures. More pronounced statistically significant (p <0.001) violation based on the results of neuropsychological studies of patients with asthenic and distimichnimy personality traits compared with patients with synthons and characterological features of the excitable type. Three levels of disadaptation were single out in patients with alcohol dependence, which differ in clinical, biological and social parameters. The data obtained allowed to determine what social factors influence the formation of more than one level of disadaptation (p <0.01). With increasing disadaptation statistically increases the value of clinical and biological factors (p <0.01), indicating a need for health care and rehabilitation measures taking into account the totality of their influence on the formation of compensatory abilities of patients. Developed a comprehensive system of pathogenetically sound therapy and rehabilitation of patients with alcohol dependence with phase pharmacotherapy and Gestalt therapy. Was proved expediency of the proposed integrated system of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with mental and behavioral disorders as a result of alcohol consumption, which allows to create the prerequisites for the optimization of the treatment of patients.
