Dissertation is devoted to the problem of efficiency and safety of NSAIDs. The mechanism of the protective effect of quercetin and vinboron from the ravages of diclophenak on the internal organs due to their ability to stimulate tissue trophic, neutralize inhibitory effect of NSAIDs PG-synthase activity and NO synthesis, and modulate antioxidant activity antyflogistik. Thus, Corvitin, quercetin and vinboron as preparations of polytropic properties, which are well compared with NSAID-induced pathogenesis of destructive processes in the internal organs, able to activate the pharmacological effects of nonsteroidal antyflogistik both in terms of improving their effectiveness and safety.
