Kuchynska I. Development of Civilian Education Ideas in the Domestic Public Pedagogical Thought (Second Half ХІХ Century - 30th Years ХХ Century).

In the dissertation an integral, complex, system analysis of the development of civilian education ideas in the domestic public pedagogical opinion of the second half ХІХ century - 30th years ХХ century is given. On the principles of study of socio-cultural, socio-economic and socio-political factors, dominating ideological conceptions and pedagogical determinants the historical periods of civilian education ideas development in Ukraine during the second half ХІХ century - 30th years ХХ century are substantiated. Preconditions of development of civilian education ideas are defined; the key directions of ideas of civilian education are found out; the value-normative estimation of existent conceptual presentations is carried out in relation to development of civilian ideas of the educational activity. Positive experience of education of citizenship is actualized in the modern educational practice and its basic guidelines are ascertained.
