Essay

The dissertation deals with theoretical and practical resolution of some aspects of continuity of profile and high school, technological models optimizing the interaction of related educational institutions in the system of multi-professional training. Based on systematic analysis the peculiarities of administrative management (activity management), scientific and methodical (activities of teachers) levels as well as senior government (based on student self management) are determined; the conceptual idea, the essence and content of organizational and didactic principles of continuity of profile schools and high schools, influence factors and optimal conditions for implementation through the creation of professionally-oriented cultural and educational environment profile and high school, as well as targeted training leaders (managers, leaders, reformers) with a high level of administrative culture are defined. A conceptual and predictive model of implementation of continuity of profile schools and high schools is elaborated. To determine the effectiveness of the proposed model of implementation of continuity the monitoring system in the unity of its constituents: dynamic, pedagogic and meaningful (person-oriented), which was carried out in the organization and self-organization, management and self-management in the activity of subjects of interaction.
