The thesis is devoted to investigation of biochemical mechanisms of structural-metabolic disturbances in the state and interaction of integrative (nervous, immune, endocrine) systems in the organism of rats under a prolonged influence of polyethers based on propylene glycols, glycerol, pentol. It is proved that 1/10 LD50 of the substances is toxic, 1/100 LD50 is effective, and 1/1000 LD50 is noneffective. The investigated polyethers were characterized by a polytropic character of their influence on the organism based on impairment in the state of integrative systems and on triggering of adequate cascade reactions.
