Essay

The thesis is devoted to research of study the role of keratomitsetes in the development of pathological processes with suppurative pododermatitis in cows. The author presented materials of monitoring limbs diseases in cows, due to distribution degree is started, characteristics of nozoological forms of inflammatory processes of the distal extremities of cattle depending on how their content with describing the general and local clinical signs of disease is given. Analysis of results of morphological, biochemical, immunological investigations of blood samples and histological research of horn sections in cows with suppurative pododermatitis, associated keratomitsetes has been presented in the work. Research materials species of microscopic fungies from samples of the affected horn and environmental objects of livestock buildings are presented. It has been proved the relationship of microscopic fungies and environmental objects in the thesis. The results of working and testing of proposed new nutrient Modified Environment with Hoof Horn (MEHH) and tests for punching shear ungulate horn and hair to identify keratomitsetes are presented. The thesis containes analysis of fungicidal properties of known and developed by us drugs - on the base of 2-mercaptobenzthiazole, and mixture of colloids nanoclusters Ag, Cu, Zn, Mg; of morphological, biochemical and immunological blood parameters in cows during their treatment by traditional means and proposed and developed installed and proposed the scheme treatment of hoofes lesions in cows, associated keratomitsetes.
